What is the 3rth?
A free annual community beach concert at Montecito Point. every summer on the 3rd of July. There’s live music, ocean air, and community. All are invited.. First band plays at 4:30 pm and 2nd band goes on at 7:00 pm. The party goes past sunset. Bring a chair and food and drinks for your party but please make sure to clean up afterwards.

Enter via the beach access stairs closest to Studio Drive / Old Creek Road and walk to the casita on the rock.
